How to make it

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine first 5 ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour but preferably 6 hrs to overnight.
  • Drain and discard any leftover marinade.
  • Fry over medium heat covered for 20-30 minutes or until meat juices run clear,
  • during the last 5 minutes of cooking add onion and bell pepper.
