omelet with cheese and fresh herbs

- 3 large free range eggs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of milk shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of butter shopping list
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs,chives,parsley,tarragon shopping list
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese shopping list
How to make it
- mix eggs,milk and fresh herbs. till well blended. in a large nonstick pan.turn heat on medium high,melt 1 tablespoon of butter. swirl to coat bottom of pan. when butter stops foaming, pour in egg mixture and swirl it around in order have even distribution.lift sides in order for uncooked eggs to flow underneath until about one minute at which time sprinkle cheese over half of the omelet. fold plain side of omelet over the cheese and cook for further 30 seconds.. slide into a serving plate. enjoy with some fresh croissants or buttered toast
- season with salt and pepper if desired
