Ingredients

How to make it

  • Separate hard cooked whites from the yolks.
  • in a bowl combine the yolks with oil and garlic and beat with wire whisk to a smooth paste
  • Add the lime juice, Worchestertshire sauce, hot sauce, mustard powder, and whisk to combine well
  • Mince the egg whites and add to the bowl
  • Add remaining ingredients ( except crotons ) and stir well
  • Cover and chill
  • Garnish bowls with soup croutons

    YUM, thanks for this. Two of the countries I grew up in were Spain & Italy, which were where I learned to make Gazpacho. I love your egg twist.
