Fruit Cocktail Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Make cake according to directions on box. add fruit cocktail and brown sugar to cake batter.
  • I use the whole can of fruit cocktail but, it's a very moist cake.
  • For a less moist cake, use have of the fruit cocktail and chop the fruit into smaller pieces.
  • After cake has cooled, ice with cream cheese, I usually only ice the top of both cakes then sprinkle with the nuts and serve.
