  • Preparation:
  • Combine in order given; mix well. Pour in greased 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown. Delicious. Makes its own crust.

    Twill10, that's what I had used is the foil type pans because I didn't have any of the round tin pans here at home like I thought that I had.Never thought about that on the baking powder.That's an great ideal.

    I would cut the ingredients in half or make a very thin dough. The baking powder could be deleted altogether. I would maybe use a graham cracker crust and add some other flavors to the dough the pie makes. just an idea.

    if you can make 2 great, but one will be a little thinner, thx.
    also notice it is made in a 10 inch pie pan, you can use smaller and pies would be great.....tw

    This is excellent!!

    So quick to prepare and really tasty!

    Egg custard at the bottom and a soft cake and coconutty topping!
