Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a 2 quart microwavable bowl, put the soy milk, butter, and sugar.
  • Microwave for 5 minutes.
  • Stir.
  • Microwave for 5 more minutes.
  • Stir.
  • Add the cocoa.
  • Stir.
  • Microwave for 5 more minutes.
  • Stir.
  • At this stage I started checking for soft ball stage. You could use a candy thermometer if you have one. I do not!
  • I was already there. So I did not cook any more.
  • I had a prepared 8x8 pan, I had used butter for the bottom and sides. This stood ready for use.
  • I stirred until the fudge lost its gloss.
  • Added the vanilla.
  • Stirred some more.
  • I put it into the pan, to soon I am sure, I was tired and it was close to midnight.
  • Put the snap on top onto the pan.
  • In the morning it was perfect.
  • Yeah me, I made the fudge I was craving!!!

Didn't work :-( The soya milk split. What wattage is your microwave? Mine is maybe to high?
