How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper, in a non-reactive bowl and toss together
  • gently and salt and pepper to taste.
  • this goes good with grilled meats , fish(tuna) and poultry.
  • If you use fresh tuna always cut off the darker, bloody spots
