- 3-4 lbs cornedbeef brisket shopping list
- 2 large bunches collard greens shopping list
- 1 large white onion shopping list
- 2 cans coconut milk shopping list
- sea salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cut spines from collard greens but do not cut all the way thru
- Rinse leaves
- Cut brisket into 4" long by 2 1/2" thick pieces
- Chop onion real fine
- Soak meat and onions in coconut milk for at least 6 hours
- Wrap meat and onions in leaf starting from the bottom of the leaf and roll like a burrito completely sealing the meat
- Wrap leaf in tin foil in the same manner
- Steam for 3 1/2 to 4 hours
