Marinade for grilled chicken.. The longer the chicken marinates, the more flavor it will have

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon sliced

Directions
  1. Place chicken in shallow container. (or ziploc bag)
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well blended. Pour over chicken and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning chicken once.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade
  4. Grill over low heat 20-25 minutes, turning once
