Mexican Baked Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound leftover ground beef

4 medium baking potatoes

4 tablespoons sour cream

1 packet prepared taco seasoning

3/4 cup water

1 1/2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup sliced green onions

Salsa

Directions

Pierce potatoes in several places. Cook in microwave oven on high for 11 to 13 minutes, turning once. Meanwhile, mix ground beef, taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water in a large non-stick skillet. Cook on medium high for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Slice open warm potatoes and gently break apart white flesh. Add 1/2 tablespoon of sour cream to each potato half. Top each potato with 1/4 of the taco beef, 1/4 of the Cheddar cheese and 1/4 of the green onions

. Serve with salsa.

The higher watt your microwave is the less time it take to nuke them, check your guide for minute needed to cook them
