Mexican Baked Potatoes

- 1 pound leftover ground beef shopping list
- 4 medium baking potatoes shopping list
- 4 tablespoons sour cream shopping list
- 1 packet prepared taco seasoning shopping list
- 3/4 cup water shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- salsa shopping list
How to make it
- Pierce potatoes in several places. Cook in microwave oven on high for 11 to 13 minutes, turning once. Meanwhile, mix ground beef, taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water in a large non-stick skillet. Cook on medium high for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Slice open warm potatoes and gently break apart white flesh. Add 1/2 tablespoon of sour cream to each potato half. Top each potato with 1/4 of the taco beef, 1/4 of the Cheddar cheese and 1/4 of the green onions

- The higher watt your microwave is the less time it take to nuke them, check your guide for minute needed to cook them
