Fried Mac N Cheese Recipe

	Taylorsue82 / All my dishes 1 month, 4 weeks ago Had this a local resturant, n had to try n make it at home, so good, Serving size all depends on how much macaroni you have left over. I make extra mac n cheese so I can make these. Prep:5m Cook:10m Servings:4	Taylorsue82

Ingredients

Left over MAC N CHEESE (not box type)

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 egg beaten with 2 tablespoons water

1 cup bread crumbs

oil for frying

Directions

Cut refrigerated mac n cheese into bite size pieces.

Sewason flour with seasonings.

Dredge each piece through the flour,

Dip into the egg

then coat with the bread crumbs.

Allow to rest 5 minutes to set the crust

Careully drop into hot oil and fry till golden brown.

Drain on paper towel,

Serve warm
