8-4-2-1 Recipe Klevinas / All my dishes

This is the most basic of dressings but we have added some simple variations

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup - olive oil - 8 parts
  • 1/4 cup - balsamic vinegar - 4 parts
  • 2 tbps - liquid honey - 2 parts
  • 1 tbps - dijon mustard - 1 part
  • optional items
  • - garlic
  • - fresh herbs
  • greens
  • - mixed greens or baby spinach or romaine or boston lettuce
  • - any dark greens and not iceburg lettuce

Directions
  1. Mix all together with a hand blender
  2. or
  3. add all ingredients to a jar and shake like crazy
  4. or
  5. last several days in the fridge, but best day of!
