Raisin Apple Soup

- 2 cups apple juice or cider shopping list
- 2 large cooking apples peeled and cubed shopping list
- 1/4 cup dark raisins shopping list
- 2 cinnamon sticks shopping list
- 1 tbsp brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp brandy shopping list
How to make it
- In 2-quart saucepan combine first 4 ingredients.
- Cover, simmer 15 minutes or till apples are tender.
- Stir in sugar and brandy.
- Cover; chill.
- Remove stick cinnamon before serving.
- Makes 3 to 4 servin

This is interesting, I think I might make this but without the brandy (not a great fan of it) but with maybe a couple of cloves added as well... Thanks!
