  • Ingredients:
  • 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 cup ( 8 -oz ) reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbs. Finley chopped onion
  • 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • Assorted fresh vegetables

Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with vegetables.
  2. Serving size ( ¼ cup dip )
  3. Calories per serving: 58, Fat: 2g Cholesterol: 9mg, Sodium: 379mg, Carbohydrate: 8g
  4. Diabetic Exchanges: ½ starch, ½ fat
