Beef And Broccoli Supreme Recipe
This is a quick,easy,one dish meal ,very flavorfull.Beef,rice,and cheese and broccoli ,so good!

Ingredients
  • 4 cups chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion,chopped
  • 1 clove garlic,minced
  • 1 tbsp. peeled grated gingerroot
  • 3 cups of cooked rice
  • 1 10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Chedder cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly coat a 3 quart rectangular baking dish with nonstick cooking spray,set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan,cook broccoli in a small amount of salted water 6-8 minutes or until crisp-tender,drain well.
  4. In a large skillet,cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned.
  5. Stir in garlic and ginger.
  6. Drain fat.
  7. In a large bowl,stir together beef mixture,rice,soup,milk,cheese salt & pepper.
  8. Add brccoli,lightly toss till combined.
  9. Spoon into prepared baking dish.
  10. Bake uncovered,30-35 minutes or until bubbly around the edges.
  11. Enjoy!
