FRUIT PACKED LEMON PUDDING

Mmmmmm, fruity pudding. Prep time doesn't include chill time
Ingredients
- 1 can pears; juice drained shopping list
- 1 can peaches; juice drained shopping list
- 1 can pineapple tidbits with syrup shopping list
- lemon juice shopping list
- 1 large banana, sliced shopping list
- 1 pkg DRY lemon instant pudding shopping list
- 1 tbsp lemon zest shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl add drained pears and peaches.
- Cut into bitesize pieces.
- Add pineapple after the other fruit is cut up.
- Set aside.
- Slice banana and douse with lemon juice to prevent it from turning brown.
- Add pudding mix and zest.
- Stir thoroughly.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Serve in a bowl or top pieces of plain angel food cake.
