Only for the daring and not faint hearted if you did not grew up with it. Best served with pap (Polenta) Shared only with your buddy's that appreciate good farm food.
Ingredients
- Clean sheep heads shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- lemon juice shopping list
- Barbeque spice shopping list
- salt shopping list
- white pepper shopping list
- Half cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Wash head in clean water an dry well
- Rub with olive oil, salt , pepper and barbecue spice
- Place in baking tray add water and cover with aluminium foil
- Bake in pre-heated oven 180 degree celcius for 120 min
- Remove foil baste with lemon juice every 10min and bake until brown
