How to make it

  • Wash head in clean water an dry well
  • Rub with olive oil, salt , pepper and barbecue spice
  • Place in baking tray add water and cover with aluminium foil
  • Bake in pre-heated oven 180 degree celcius for 120 min
  • Remove foil baste with lemon juice every 10min and bake until brown
  Close

    Aside from looking absolutely devious, sounds like good eats to me! Animal heads were the cheapest eats in my country, but very tasty nonetheless... Brains especially!
