Ingredients

Clean sheep heads

Olive oil

Lemon juice

Barbeque spice

Salt

White Pepper

Half cup water

Directions

Wash head in clean water an dry well

Rub with olive oil, salt , pepper and barbecue spice

Place in baking tray add water and cover with aluminium foil

Bake in pre-heated oven 180 degree celcius for 120 min

Remove foil baste with lemon juice every 10min and bake until brown
