Sea Shell Salad

- 8 ounces shell macaroni, uncooked shopping list
- 1 cup shredded carrot shopping list
- 3/4 cup diced green pepper shopping list
- 2/3 cup sliced celery shopping list
- 1/2 cup minced green onions shopping list
- 1 6 1/8 ounce can tuna in water, drained and flaked shopping list
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons low fat plain yogurt shopping list
- 1/4 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- curly leaf lettuce shopping list
How to make it
- Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt and fat;drain. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Combine macaroni, carrot and next 4 ingredients; toss gently. Combine yogurt and next 4 ingredients; stir well. Add to pasta mixture, tossing gently. Cover and chill thoroughly. To serve, spoon pasta mixture onto lettuce lined salad plates. Makes 7 1 cup servings
