Leos favorite turkey meatballs

- 1.5 lb ground turkey shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce shopping list
- 2 small cans water chestnuts shopping list
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or to taste shopping list
- 1 tsp. sea salt or to taste shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 cup panko crumbs shopping list
- 1 bag drained, chopped spinach shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except panko crumbs.
- Form into balls. Refrigerate about 20 mins.
- Remove from refrigerator and roll meatballs in panko crumbs.
- Bake 400 degrees for 20 mins.
