Southern Pecan Biscuits

                    - 3/4 cup cold, mashed cooked sweet potatoes shopping list
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted and cooled shopping list
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 cups unsifted self-rising all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine sweet potatoes, butter, and brown sugar. Stir in milk until smooth. Add flour and stir until moistened. Add pecans to dough.
- Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface; knead a few times. Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with floured, 2-inch biscuit cutter. Bake on lightly greased baking sheet for 15 to 18 minutes
