Mango Horseradish Sauce Recipe
This sauce will keep for several weeks in the refridgerator. Heat it up by adding a few drops of your favorite hot sauce.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Mango-Passion Chutney
  • 2 Tbsps Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Lime zest (grated)
  • 1/4 cup Horseradsh
  • dash of ground Anise

Directions
  1. In small bowl whisk all the ingredients together and place in fridge for 10-20 minutes.
  2. Serve with Coconut Crab Puffs - use on salads or sandwiches or any fish.

I was surprised how well fruit and horseradish went together until I had Jezabel sauce in Louisiana. These flavors sound really good together and I am looking forward to tasting. This will give me a new addition to the Jezabel style sauces. \0
