How to make it

  • Heat the butter in a skillet and add the shrimp and shallots. cook 3-4 mins shaking and stirring and tossing the shrimp until pink all over. Add the Pernod and stir. Using a slotted spoon,remove shrimp to warm platter.
  • Add the cream to the skillet and cook over high heat for about 1 min. Add salt and pepper. Return shrimp to skillet and cook until heated through. Garnish with lengths of chives.
