Easy Eggnog Bundt Cake

- 125 g flour shopping list
- 125 g cornstarch shopping list
- 1 Packet baking powder or 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 250 g powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 Packet vanilla sugar or 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 250 ml cooking oil shopping list
- 250 ml eggnog shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder and powdered sugar
- Add the remaining ingrdients and blend smooth
- Place in a greased or cookie crumb lined bundt or similar pan and bake about one hour OR tested done; check after 45 minutes
- Cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes and carefully remove
- Dust with powder sugar or drizzle with a dark choclate glaze
- Cake freezes well
- Note: also may be divided into 2 loaf pans for baking!
