Broccoli Cheese Soup

Just an easy soup to fix and it freezes great.
Ingredients
- 3 cups of frozen or fresh broccoli shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped onions shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup reg. flour shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsp. prepared mustard shopping list
- 10-3/4 oz. chicken broth shopping list
How to make it
- Add onion to broccoli and cook. In medium sauce pan melt butte, stir in flour, salt and pepper til well blended. Gradually add milk until well blended. Add mustard, chicken broth, broccoli with onion and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
