How to make it

  • Mix ingredients by hand adding a little more fluids or flour as needed make a soft dough - cover place in warm non drafty area and allow to rie for 30 minutes.
  • Cut in half as this will make two 18" pizza's - start with gentle hand stretches using flour to cover your hands as you stretch - if you have a pizza rock place 1/4 cup cornmeal on the bottom of your rock and roll out the pizza dough to match size - enjoy with whatever sauce you like - I use a simple store bought pizza sauce and go crazy with your toppings!!
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes - if you are at high or low altitude this may vary. Also it will change with the toppings that you are using - can take as long as 30 mins to bake depending on your toppings.
