How to make it

  • In large skillet or electric fry pan, brown beef with onion and seasonings, drain off excess fat.
  • Stir in green beans, mushrooms, and the soup and sour cream.
  • Simmer on low, while making you r mashed potatoes.
  • Serve 1c of mixture over the potatoes.
  • Serve with warm crescent or dinner rolls and a small salad (optional)
