Teriyaki Salmon and Green Onion Kabobs

- 3/4 cup teriyaki marinade shopping list
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh ginger shopping list
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon hot chili flakes shopping list
- 2 pounds boned skinned salmon fillet rinsed patted dry and cut into cubes shopping list
- vegetable oil for grill shopping list
- 2 bunches green onions cut into 1” lengths shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl mix marinade, ginger, garlic, sugar and chili flakes. Add salmon and mix gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate 45 minutes. Prepare a gas grill for direct high heat. When hot brush grill with a generous coat of oil. While grill heats thread cubes of fish onto skewers alternating with pieces of green onion. Lay skewers on grill and cook about 4 minutes. Using two spatulas gently turn each skewer over and cook 4 minutes on other side.
