How to make it

  • cut chicken breasts cut in half length wise
  • dust chicken generously with paprica and rosemary
  • then wrap chicken with thin cut boneless pork chops
  • hold it together w/ 3 toothpicks top middle and bottom
  • then salt and pepper generously
  • arrange meat jackets in baking pan... pan is to be coated in ev olive oil cover pan with foil
  • bake for 60 min @ 375
  • make reduction sauce stovetop using 1 bottle of raspberry vinegrette until thickness is medium
  • after 45 min in oven take out and drizzle raspberry vinegrette reduction over the meat jackets recover and let bake the extra 15 min
  • enjoy!
