Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup English toffee bits
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
Directions
- .Cream together 1 cup of butter, 3/4 cup white sugar and 3/4 cup brown sugar.
- . Add 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla
- .
- Add after sifting 1 1/2 cups flour and 1 tsp. baking soda
- . Combine well then add 1 cup dried cherries, 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 cup English toffee bits and 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
- . Log roll wrap and chill for one hour
- . Slice as you woukld do for slice and bake chocolate chip cookies
- . Bake at 350ยบ for 12 minutes or set
- . After a few minutes, remove to rack carefully to cool completely
