Oatmeal Cherry Chocolate And Toffee Chip Cookies

A friend and I were discussing this recipe she baked many, many years ago which has become a favorite of dear friends and family. Don't skip the toffeee chips. These are yummy and special In the summer, she dehydrates bing cherries then saves them for these cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 3/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup dried cherries shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup English toffee bits shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal shopping list
How to make it
- .Cream together 1 cup of butter, 3/4 cup white sugar and 3/4 cup brown sugar.
- . Add 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla
- .
- Add after sifting 1 1/2 cups flour and 1 tsp. baking soda
- . Combine well then add 1 cup dried cherries, 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 cup English toffee bits and 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
- . Log roll wrap and chill for one hour
- . Slice as you woukld do for slice and bake chocolate chip cookies
- . Bake at 350ยบ for 12 minutes or set
- . After a few minutes, remove to rack carefully to cool completely
