Hamburger Soup

- 3/4 lb. 93% fat free ground beef shopping list
- 2 c. canned tomatoes shopping list
- 3 c. diced carrots shopping list
- 2 c. diced celery shopping list
- 1 onion, diced shopping list
- 1 T. salt shopping list
- 1/4 t. freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 c. uncooked brown rice shopping list
- 3 beef bouillon cubes shopping list
- 8 c. water shopping list
How to make it
- Put all of the ingredients into a large pot. Add 8 c. water, bring to a boil, and stire to break up the meat. Reduce the heat and simmer for 45 min.
- serves 6: 150 cal, 4g fat, 1818 sod, 4g fiber, 14g prot (will change with LS)
- serves 12: 75 cal.; 2g fat; 16.3 col; 909mg sodium; 7g carb; 2g fiber; 7g protein

Another recipe that brings back memories. I posted the rice and hamburger soup my grandmother made a while ago. Yours is a bit more figure friendly though! lol Five forks.
