How to make it

  • Put all of the ingredients into a large pot. Add 8 c. water, bring to a boil, and stire to break up the meat. Reduce the heat and simmer for 45 min.

  • serves 12: 75 cal.; 2g fat; 16.3 col; 909mg sodium; 7g carb; 2g fiber; 7g protein

    Another recipe that brings back memories. I posted the rice and hamburger soup my grandmother made a while ago. Yours is a bit more figure friendly though! lol Five forks.
