How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour coating mix and salt into a bag. Dip potatoes in butter. Shake a few at a time in coating mixture. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Serves 4.
