How to make it

  • Line a large sieve with cheese cloth
  • slowly bring milk, cream, and salt to a boil in a 6 QT. sauce pan over medium heat stirring occasionally to prevent scorching. reduce to a simmer,add lemon juice and stir constantly till the cheese curdles, about two min.
  • pour mixture into the sieve over a bowl and let drain for about an hour.discard liquid and store in fridge covered.this will last a couple of days in the fridge.
  • Enjoy
