Ingredients
  • Stuffing:
  • 3/4 pound crab meat (cooked)
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • salt and fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley

Directions
  1. Combine and gently blend the ingredients until mixed thoroughly, set aside.
  2. Peel and devein 1 1/2 pounds big shrimp.
  3. Cut shrimp along back.
  4. Stuff shrimp with crab meat stuffing, pack stuffing firmly into cavity of shrimp,
  5. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  6. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
  7. Delicious!

Hahaha! Smart doggie! We once had a dog who jumped up on the very tall kitchen counter and ate our steaks - bones and all. Nothing left but some packaging. Dogs with good taste.....
