How to make it

  • Combine the apples, chicken broth, vinegars, cumin, and coriander in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, about 15 minutes or until the apples are mushy. Remove from the heat and stir in the syrup, salt, and cayenne to taste.
  • Let cool to room temperature before serving.
