From Out Here magazine, readers family favorite recipe. Griund meat of any kind may replace the ground turkey

Ingredients
  • 2 to 3 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • salt, pepper, oregano to taste
  • 2 cans whole pinto beans ( with jalepenos )
  • corn tortillas , as many as your family wants
  • toppings of choice: shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, avocado etc

Directions
  1. Cook ground turkey on stove top wirth seasonings to taste
  2. When turkey is cooked, add beans
  3. Set aside keep hot
  4. Gently heat tortilla ( stovetop, toaster oven or micro )
  5. Spoon filling into warm and soft tortillas
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and toppings of choice
  7. Fold in half, serve immediatly
