Spicy Potatoes with Tomato Salsa

- 2 tbs olive oil shopping list
- 2 Tbs lime juice shopping list
- 1 tsp Tobasco sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp paprika shopping list
- 2 lbs potatoes cut in quarters shopping list
- Salsa: shopping list
- 1 lb cherry tomatoers shopping list
- 2 large green onions chopped shopping list
- 1 tbs olive oil shopping list
- 1 Tbs lime juice shopping list
- fresh parsley, mint or sage leaves chopped shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 435F
- Toss potatoes with remiang ingredients ( except the salsa )
- Bake in an even layer until cooked and crispy
- Cook 1 hour, turning potatoes halfway theough cooking time
- For salsa, combine all
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Serve along side the potatoesa
