How to make it

  • In a saucepan, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, red pepper, brown sugar, peanut butter, oil, ginger root and broth
  • Simmer the mixture, stirring until thickened and smooth and let cool slightly.
  • Cook the noodles, drain and rinse.
  • Toss noodles with sauce.
  • Serve at room temperature and garnish with scallion or cucumber
