How to make it

  • Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over med. heat. Add oil to pan;swirl to coat. Add carrots and 2 Tbs. water. Partially cover pan and cook 10 mins or till carrots are almost tender. Add salt and pepper to pan and increase to med-high heat.
  • Cook 4 mins or till carrots are tender and lightly browned,stirring frequently.
