Sauteed Carrots with Sage

- 1 tsp butter shopping list
- 1 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 1-1/2 c diagonally cut carrots shopping list
- 2 Tbs water shopping list
- 1/8 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp fresh small sage leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over med. heat. Add oil to pan;swirl to coat. Add carrots and 2 Tbs. water. Partially cover pan and cook 10 mins or till carrots are almost tender. Add salt and pepper to pan and increase to med-high heat.
- Cook 4 mins or till carrots are tender and lightly browned,stirring frequently.
