Pineapple Poblano Salsa

This is incredible over grilled meats. Easy to make and bold on taste. Enjoyo
Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple peeled and cored shopping list
- 1 poblano pepper seeded and diced shopping list
- 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and diced shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper seeded and stemmed shopping list
- 1 small red onion shopping list
- 3 limes shopping list
- 1 bunch cilantro shopping list
- 1 tablespoon honey shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Dice pineapple, peppers and onion then place in bowl.
- Remove all leaves from cilantro and chop fine then add to fruit and peppers.
- Squeeze lime juice and add olive oil and honey then season with salt and pepper.
