How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients together (batter will be lumpy)
  • Pour batter onto hot griddle or pan (approx. 1/4 cup batter for each pancake), be sure to spray on some cooking spray (like Pam) so pancakes wont stick.
  • Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  • Note: for thinner batter use more beer!

    Wow... Problem it, I don't have beer in the refrigerator in the morning. It doesn't last through the night.
