Regal Cranberry Cheesecake Recipe
As a cheesecake lover, this caught my eye. It would make a nice addition to a Thanksgiving dessert table. This recipe comes courtesy of Kraft Foods.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 Tbsp margarine, melted
  • 3-8 oz pkg Philadelphia Brand Cram Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 10 oz container frozen cranberry orange relish, thawed

Directions
  1. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Blend in sour cream; pour over crust.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.
  6. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool before removing rim of pan.
  7. Chill. Spoon relish over cheesecake.
  8. Garnish with shipped cream, cranberries and mint.
