Regal Cranberry Cheesecake

As a cheesecake lover, this caught my eye. It would make a nice addition to a Thanksgiving dessert table. This recipe comes courtesy of Kraft Foods.
Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 3 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- 3 Tbsp margarine, melted shopping list
- 3-8 oz pkg Philadelphia Brand Cram cheese, softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbsp flour shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 10 oz container frozen cranberry orange relish, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Blend in sour cream; pour over crust.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.
- Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool before removing rim of pan.
- Chill. Spoon relish over cheesecake.
- Garnish with shipped cream, cranberries and mint.
