Ingredients
  • 8 oz. Pkg soft cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. Horseradish
  • 12 slice Rye bread Pumpernickle or
  • 6 sub buns or hoagie rolls
  • Lettuce
  • Rare roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 6 Red onion slices, thin

Directions
  1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and horseradish, mixing until well blended.
  2. For each sandwich, spread bread with the the cream cheese mixture, layer the meat, lettuce and onions.
  3. Serve with additional cream cheese spread.
