Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. Brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. all purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 Egg White
- 3 cups pecan halves
- Preheat oven 175 degrees-Bake 1 1/2 hours
Directions
- Mix brown sugar Flour and salt in a bowl and set aside. in another bowl beat egg white untill foamy,beat in sugar mixture
- Fol in pecans
- Transfer pecans to parchment paper line baking pan
- Spread in single layer
- Bake 1 1/ hours cool completley Break pecans apart
- Makes 3 cups
