Ok I know this is a cheat recipe, but we love it and its great in a hurry!

Ingredients
  • 3 small boxes of your favorite mac and cheese, we vary this A LOT
  • 1 large can of peas, drained, save the liquid in the freezer for future soups
  • 1 large red onion, chopped and caramelized
  • 1 large can of tuna or chicken, drained and saved for future soup, optional
  • Seasoning to taste

Directions
  1. Make the mac and cheese as you like it. I cook the noodles in my seasoned water for best flavor.
  2. Toss in the onions, peas , and tuna or chicken, if using...
  3. Season it to taste.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Serve with a spinach strawberry salad and some tea!
  6. ~
  7. You really could make homemade mac and cheese for this if you have the time. I do!!!
