How to make it

  • Coat ribs in mixture of 2 T flour with salt and pepper.
  • Brown on all sides.
  • In crockpot combine the ribs and the rest of the ingredients except for the 2 T flour.
  • Cook on low for 9 hrs.
  • Turn control to high . Thicken with 2 T flour mixed with a little water. Cook on high for 15 minutes.
  • Serve over spatzle.
  • Garnish with braised chilis.
