How to make it

  • In a medium bowl combine the dry pudding mix, pumpkin, spice and milk.
  • Mix well using a wire wisk.
  • Pour into 4 dessert dishes.
  • Top each with 1 Tbsp. lite cool whip.
  • Refridgerate till ready to serve.

    This sounds delicious, but I would use something without artificial ingredients! We'll stick to almond or coconut milk, and a pudding mix without artificial sweeteners... No Cool Whip! *shudder* I'll see if I can work this into something healthy! It's a great starting point!

    Also, you may sustitute a 16 oz can of evaporated milk for a very creamy flavor.

    I've made this receipe before, it's very good! It tastes like pumkin pie w/o the pie crust :)
