Ingredients
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1 c frozen whipped topping,thawed
  • 6 mini graham cracker pie crusts
  • 1/2 c blueberry preserves

Directions
  1. Whisk sweetened condensed milk,lemon juices and lemon peel until blended and mixture begins to thicken. Fold in whipped topping.
  2. Divide evenly betwen the graham pie crusts. Press down in center with a spoon to make a depression avout 1" deep. Refrigerate 2 hours or till firm. After refrigeration,it may be necessary to create the depression again. Fill each tartlet with a heaping Tbs. of preserves.
  3. Garnish with a fine twist of lemon peel.
