Lemon Berry Tarts

- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1/4 c lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel shopping list
- 1 c frozen whipped topping,thawed shopping list
- 6 mini graham cracker pie crusts shopping list
- 1/2 c blueberry preserves shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk sweetened condensed milk,lemon juices and lemon peel until blended and mixture begins to thicken. Fold in whipped topping.
- Divide evenly betwen the graham pie crusts. Press down in center with a spoon to make a depression avout 1" deep. Refrigerate 2 hours or till firm. After refrigeration,it may be necessary to create the depression again. Fill each tartlet with a heaping Tbs. of preserves.
- Garnish with a fine twist of lemon peel.
