How to make it

  • Slice the jalapenos lengthwise and remove the seeds and veins but leaving the tops on. This will help keep the cheese from dripping out.
  • Add some of the minced galic and chopped cilantro to the bottom of each pepper, then add the shredded cheese on top of that. Wrap the peppers with enough bacon to cover them and secure with a couple toothpicks. Grill, turning often until bacon is crispy and cheese is melted and gooey.
  • YUMMY!!
