Beer Marinated Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup beer

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 Tbs minced onion

1 Tbs chopped cilantro

2 cloves garlic minced

1 tsp hot pepper sauce

4 pieces salmon ( about 1 1/2 to 2 lbs )

Directions

Combine marinade ingredients.

Place salmon filets and marinade in a zip lock bag.

Chill 1 hour.

Remove salmon from marinade and grill over medium heat until fish is done, about 5 mins on each side for 1/2 inch thickness.
