Beer marinated Salmon

differently delcious grilled salmon Serve with some kind of salsa on the side!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup beer shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 2 Tbs minced onion shopping list
- 1 Tbs chopped cilantro shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 4 pieces salmon ( about 1 1/2 to 2 lbs ) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine marinade ingredients.
- Place salmon filets and marinade in a zip lock bag.
- Chill 1 hour.
- Remove salmon from marinade and grill over medium heat until fish is done, about 5 mins on each side for 1/2 inch thickness.
