Sweet Hot Deviled Eggs

Here is a great twist on a classic appetizer
Ingredients
- 6 farm fresh eggs shopping list
- 1/3 cup chilled, roasted sweet potato mashed shopping list
- 1/8 cup mayo shopping list
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper puree shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked salt shopping list
- parsley to garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Boil eggs for 11 minutes put into ice water bath
- peel eggs cut in halves
- force yolks through sieve into a small bowl
- add roasted mashed sweet potato
- mayo, jalapeno puree, and salt to taste
- stir together
- fit a small pastry bag with large star tip and pipe filling into
- egg white halves
- garnish chill
- serve
